Seaside Sunset Too! is the sister property to our 4 Bedroom Pacific Ocean Beach and View home in Las Catalinas. Sleeping two adults in a king bedroom, there is also accommodation for another adult couple or kids on the fold over double day bed in the living area.

With a full en suite bath for the king bedroom and a 1/2 bath for additional guests, Seaside Sunset Too! is a comfortable and affordable luxury vacation. Our furniture is continuing to be renewed and Seaside Sunset Too! will remain a luxury vacation condo with unbelievable sunsets and relaxing times in the town of Las Catalinas where safety, security and walkability are preserved.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
