Casa Seaside Sunset is an homage to our hometown of Seaside, Florida and is our most enjoyable second living home. With peace and tranquility of a car free town and a friendly neighbor on each walking Calle, Las Catalinas has proven to be a life experience like no other.

We invite you to join us as our guest in this 4 bedroom 4 and 1/2 bath home suitable for a family and friends gathering of 8 in luxury king sized bedrooms each with its own en suite bath. The living level offers ocean views from every place you can stand or sit as you walk out to the pool deck overlooking the Pacific. The third level walk up viewing deck creates vistas second to none. Located ideally within a 45 second to 1 minute walk to the beach, you can come and go from the ocean as many times as you wish during the day.

Our pace here is steady and calm and you will enjoy the fresh decor featuring hand crafted furniture by local Costa Ricans giving us the feeling of being part of the culture and honoring the people that have been so gracious to welcome us to their country as residents.

Our House Manager/Keeper will see to your daily comfort and cleanliness of the home and prepare breakfast and lunch with your provided fare.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
