By entering your information for the rental of a vacation home with 30a Ocean Blue you are creating a binding agreement to rent the designated accommodations and are subject to the "Terms and Conditions" of this agreement. Any exceptions to the Rental Terms and Conditions must be approved in advance, and in writing. By giving your credit card number you agree to the policies stated below; you also agree that you are the legal cardholder authorized to use this credit card number.

Please note that all online bookings are subject to review/approval and may be cancelled and deposits refunded within 48 hours should your reservation not be accepted. Additionally, all units are subject to availability, which may change at any time, and all rates quoted are also subject to change at any time.
