This beautiful first floor lock-off is perfect for a couple's getaway or for a family with small children. Located on the corner of Yaupon Street and Forest Street in Old. Seagrove, this home is in an excellent location for your vacation at the beach! Just a short walk will have you in Seaside, with all of it's great restaurants and shopping. A quick 2 block walk to the beach, will provide you with ample and spacious public beach access!

In the backyard you will find a gas grill and private pool for your enjoyment. The pool can be optionally heated for a small fee in the cooler months. Please inquire for cost to heat the pool, and we would be happy to have it warmed up for you!

Parking for two vehicles can be found in the circle drive out front, or in the driveway at the rear of the house. You will be provided with garage access where you will find beach chairs, a beach wagon, plentiful amounts of beach toys, umbrellas, and even coolers to take to the beach. Seagrove Lily Magnolia has everything you might need, except beach towels!

You will notice that the photos feature a large, 3 story home. Please know that we do not rent the upstairs portion of the home while this space is occupied. If you reserve Seagrove Lily, you will be the only people staying in the property and will have complete access to the pool and grill outside.

Your private entrance opens to a high end, well equipped kitchen. You will find a 30" Bertazonni gas range, stainless dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, full size refrigerator, and all of the pots and pans you might need to prepare meals during your stay. A square dining table with four chairs finished off the kitchen and dining space.

Moving into the living room, you will find a comfortable slipcovered sleeper sofa, as well as two occasional chairs and a large 55" Smart TV for your enjoyment. Free Wifi provides a great opportunity to stay connected or work remotely. Linens and pillows for the sleeper sofa can be provided upon request.

Off of the living room you will find a spacious bedroom with a king sized bed, two night stands, a dresser with 31" Smart TV, and a large closet for all of your belongings. The bedroom is quiet, has a door that closes from main living area and is 12 by 13 ft and boasts a high end luxury mattress and box springs, Jameson Luxury Collection used in Marriott Hotels.

Also off of the living room lies a luxurious, private bathroom with cast iron white tub surrounded in white subway tile. A large free standing double vanity with double mirrors and granite counter top provide plenty of space for your personal items. An additional large linen cabinet to hold all of your bath linens and your beach towels can be found in the corner. A full sized washer and dryer make laundry away from home a breeze! The bathroom also comes with a hairdryer for your convenience. No need to drag all of the extras to the beach with you!

A pack n' play in the closet is also ready for your little one while you travel. Please pack a fresh pack n play sheet if you plan to use the pack n' play while you stay with us!

PETS are not allowed in this home under any circumstances.

DISTANCE TO BEACH at Night Cap Beach Walkover from Seagrove Lily Magnolia: WALK 2 Blocks, 300 paced steps, 250 yards, or 2 tenths of a mile which takes 2 -3 min.
(Our Beach Walkover is public and not crowded. We have 5 public beach walkovers with 2 tenths of a mile or 250 yards west of 395 before you enter Seaside FL town)
Remember 30a scenic road is near the beach in our location with just 1 house on the gulf side, therefore, unless a gulf front house, you will cross scenic Hwy 30a to go to the beach.

DISTANCE FROM SEASIDE FL from Seagrove Lily Magnolia for events, shopping, restaurants:
5 tenths of a mile you enter the town and 7 tenths of a mile to Central Square of town which is 4 to 5 min walk and quicker 2 min on a bike!!
Seaside offers Friday Movie Nights, Wednesday Concerts in season, a nearby Seaside Playground just down Forest Street from the home, entertainment, restaurants and shopping!!

DISTANCE FROM RESTAURANTS IN OLD SEAGROVE from Seagrove Lily Magnolia:
2 tenths of a mile or 350 yards to Seagrove Market Cafe, home of deep fried love (seafood) and Surfing Deer Bar and restaurant.
4 tenths of a mile or 700 yards to Whiskey Bravo, sports bar and grill with roof top ocean view.
4 tenths of a mile or 700 yards to Cowgirl Kitchen
8 tenths of a mile to Pizza by the Sea.
Most everything can be accessed by walking alone in 1 to 5 min.

General Location: In Old Seagrove Beach, west of Hwy 395 before it dead ends into Scenic Hwy 30a ....aka PARADISE, so avoid traffic jams that are well known on the east side of 395!! Old Seagrove, Seaside, and Watercolor are west of 395.
Quick access to Publix Grocery .8 mile away on 395 north and 2.9 miles to Hwy 98 via 395 to access what you need quickly and avoid traffic.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
