Common Questions about Vacation Rental Homes
How do I book a home?
You can either make a booking directly on this website by using the "check availability box" to the left. Or you can call our office and our staff will be glad to help you.
The website says "no properties are available" or my requested dates don't meet the minimum stay requirement:
Please pick up the phone and give us a call or send us an email. Often times we can accomodate stays that our system may not allow due to minimum stay restrictions!
Is booking online secure?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
Can I bring my pet with me?
We do currently offer several homes in Seaside that allow pets on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with your specific needs.
What are the benefits of a vacation home rental?
Our vacation homes are stocked in such a way that you always feel like you are coming "home" to your "vacation home" rather than returning to a small hotel room. Our homes have full kitchens which are fully stocked. You will be able to enjoy a full service home while you are on vacation rather than a small, cramped hotel room.

CANCELLATIONS 60 DAYS OR MORE PRIOR TO ARRIVAL:
Any cancellation requested in writing up to 60 days before your scheduled arrival will be fully refunded minus a $250 cancellation fee (and any fees that VRBO keeps for themselves if you booked on VRBO's platform).
CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 60 DAYS OF ARRIVAL:
REBOOKING:
If the property can be rebooked at the same rate, your initial deposit will be refunded minus a $250 cancellation fee. If the property must be discounted to rebook, you will be responsible for the spread between your initial rate and the discounted rate. Please keep in mind that if you must cancel, the earlier you do so will ensure the best chance of allowing us to rebook the property for the dates of your reservation.
COVID-19:
We know COVID-19 brings many unknowns, and we will do our very best to accommodate your family should one of you fall ill due to COVID-19. These accommodations may include shifting your arrival date or issuing a future credit, but this will be at the sole discretion of the property owner. Travel Insurance is available to purchase when you make your reservation and may provide additional protection should a medical reason prevent you from coming on vacation.
We also make exceptions in the event of extreme weather situations such as hurricanes, and we do offer Travel Insurance for purchase when booking your reservation. Do you also represent real estate for sale?
We are licensed real estate professionals in the state of Florida and do practice the profession. We are knowledgeable in building, building process and cost, rental values and processes required for taxation etc, and we know the homes along 30-A. We are very active agents and are routinely a top 1% team on 30-A having represented $91,000,000 in real estate transactions in 2021. How far in advance can we book?
Many people book their vacation for the following year when they check out during their current stay. If you try to reserve dates and the site does not have valid rates for that time period, please call us at (985) 373-8692 or email chelsey@30aoceanblue.com. Most of our properties can be reserved further out than our online calendars may suggest.
